Rental requirements

What to bring to pickup

• A valid driver's license in the renter's name.
• A major credit card in the renter's name. We place an authorization for the value of the rented gear at pickup, so that amount must be available on the credit line.
• For rentals exceeding $5,000 in gear value, proof of insurance from the renter must be provided before pickup.

Debit cards, check cards, and Apple Pay are not acceptable as rental collateral.

Deposits and responsibility

• A renter may provide a cash deposit equal to the value of the rental gear at pickup. The deposit is returned once the rental is returned.
• Renters are 100% responsible for rental equipment once it leaves Pictureline Boise.
• Lost or stolen equipment is charged at the day rate until Pictureline Boise is reimbursed for the full replacement cost.
